What name will you give to this Nigerian pizza (Bean-zza)

Prepared  by Abimbola Adesoye

See what I made for brunch today!
Not 1 pan but 2 and damn,it was a WINNER... My preggy sis actually ate 3quarter of a pan...na so e sweet reach... So they kept giving it different names;
Moinkara,Beanzza,Moinpie. What name will you call or recommend?

RECIPE:
Things you would need/what I used;
Beans(3 cups)

Scotch bonnet/atarodo(6 pieces)
Onion(1 bulb)
Eggs(3big ones)

Toppings:
1 big Green bell pepper
2 medium Red bell pepper/tatashe
1 medium sized onion
3 frankfurts(sausages)
Spring onions

Seasoning:
Maggi crayfish
Knorr chicken
Blended crayfish
Salt

Instructions on how to:
Start by chopping up all your stuffs for the toppings as seen in one of the pictures.

I peeled my beans with my blender then proceeded to blend/grind with the scotch bonnet/atarodo and onions...when it's smooth add the egg yokes or better still add all the eggs and blend together(as I didn't see much difference of adding the whisked egg whites later on)
If you aren't adding the egg whites now,whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl and add after mixing in the seasonings..
Proceed to mix all the seasonings into the beans batter(blended beans) and 1/3 of the chopped peppers/onion and sausages in the batter as well....add some vegetable oil(lesser than you would in regular moin moin)
Using a non-stick pan,oil it then pour in your mixed bean batter and spread it(not too thick cos it would take time to get cooked through) then cover to let it cook through for about 10 mins... Make sure your cooker is on low heat to avoid it burning before it's cooked
I made the mistake of pouring a lot as I actually was trying to fit all the batter into one pan but realized it wasn't possible so don't make that same mistake I did.
Open and then sprinkle on the chopped green/red peppers,onions and sausages then cover again... keep checking to see if it has cooked thru by sticking a knife in it... Note that it would take a while (20mins or more)
And you have your BEAN-ZZA!!
I'm going with "Bean-zza" cos it looks more like pizza and the base is beans..
What would you name it if it were you???
