Okro Soup and Recipe




I know it looks so tempting, so if you are salivating already, i suggest you scroll down for the recipe which by the way its very simple and easy.


INGREDIENT

Okro (Fresh)
palm oil
Goat Meat
Fresh Red Pepper
Salt
Maggi
Okpi


Preparation

Wash the meat thoroughly, Blend your pepper and Crayfish and set aside, slice your onion and okro differently and set aside. cook your goat meat with a little water, add crayfish, onion, pepper, maggi, salt into the pot and allow it to cook for about 20 minute or until the meat is tender, then add a little water to the boiling pot and okpi,

Allow it cook for 3 minute then add the okro, allow it to cook for 3 minute, stir thoroughly to allow all the ingredient cook and mix very well then bring it down.

and your Okro is ready.
