Banana Muffins


These Banana muffins are so easy to make and not time consuming. Something you can make for potluck on Sunday teas at Church and for families. They are so yummy, give them a go, you will love them. Prepared by Fue Mukunda Wekwa Shuke

Ingredients

250g (2 cups) Self Raising flour
1 tsp bicarb
100g (1/2cup) brown sugar
2 large eggs
60ml (1/4 cup) milk
90 ml (1/3cup+2 teaspoons) veg oil
3 mashed ripe bananas

Method

Blend flour, bicarbonate of soda, sugar, add beaten eggs, milk, oil. Stir in mashed bananas. If you like you can add or mixed nuts, walnuts or sultanas

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes till golden or use a toothpick to check if they are cooked inside.
