UGBA AND POMO
Believe me when i tell you that the taste is beyond it looks. you need to include this in your weekly Food menus.
Ingredient.
1) Ugba
2) pomo
3) Graden egg leafs
4) Garden Egg
5) salt, pepper, Potash, Palm Oil and Maggie.
Method.
Wash the Pomo, Garden Egg, Garden Egg leaf, thoroughly with a warm water cut them into separate bowels and set aside.
In a Lurk warm water, soak your potash and allow to melt down, in a different bowel add palm oil, pepper, maggie, salt to taste and stir properly and add your potash beat by beat until it becomes thick and yellowish in color. Add all your vegetable ( Pomo, Garden Egg, Garden Egg leaf and Ugba) stir until it has mixed properly. taste for salt and voila you have your nutritious meal all to your self.
