PERSONAL HYGIENE




Cleanliness they say is next to Godliness, being clean always helps us to stay healthy and prevent use from contracting disease or spreading one. in no particular order please find below ways to keep your yourself clean and smell fresh.



1) USE FACIAL CLEANSER: especially ladies, take your skin type into consideration when getting a facial cleanser, remember that the face is the most sensitive part of the body, so handle with care. Avoid facial cleanser is with high Alcoholic content, (causes skin dryness) get cleanser that are hypo-allergenic, they contain less harsh chemicals.

2) USE DEODORANT: deodorant helps to control excessive sweat around our armpit there by covering the unpleasant odor that comes out of ones armpit as a result of sweat. If you don't like wearing deodorant like me, please use lemon. Rub lemon juice on your armpit morning and night to control the sweat, keeps your armpit fair and fresh.

3) WASH YOUR CLOTH REGULARLY: Don't wear your cloth 100 times before washing, especially your shirts. Remove stains and iron your cloth properly before wearing them 


4) BRUSH TWICE A DAY: please please and please brush your teeth first thing in the morning and last thing before going to bed, Stop driving Angels that are assign to protect you with your bad breath Biko. keep a healthy teeth and fresh breath by brushing twice.
