Indomie my way



Just incase you don't know, I have an undying love for indomie noodles, especially one that is specially one that is well prepared,  Here is a simple “fancy” indomie recipe to add to your arsenal...
So much for a weight watcher, anyways enjoy yourself.






               Ingredients:
  • 1 packet indomie noodles
  • 1 cup raw shrimp (cleaned)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • Vegetables of Choice  – Chopped- 1 cup plus






Direction:
  • Remove seasoning from the indomie pack and set aside. Cook indomine according to package instruction until firm (you do not want the indomie to be overly soft)
  • Add oil into a pan and heat over high . Add the shrimps and cook on all sides for about two minutes. Add in the vegetables and stir fry for a  minute. Add in noodle seasoning and then Combine
