How would you like your pounded yam to be prepared?






The good old days are gone, when women will take their time to pound yam, accompanied with white or Egusi soup garnished with Goat Meat and lots of Stock fish (Okporoko) to make the food even more presentable.

The modern facilities have modernized our ways of preparing pounded yam.

I would love to have your opinion on how you like your pounded yam prepared, as for me i will still go with my Mother's method (pounding with mortar)
