Ingredient
4 cups of watermelon (with peel removed)
9-10 frozen strawberries
Directions:
Two simple steps:
1) Cut watermelon into bite size cubes, then place in a high speed blender:
Blend until smooth.
2) Next, add frozen strawberries to the blended watermelon and blend until very smooth. Ready to drink!
Simply remove the green stems from the
strawberries, wash, and place in a bowl in your freezer at night. In the
morning, your strawberries will be ready for you.
If you do use frozen strawberries from
a bag, make sure the only ingredient is strawberries! Avoid added
sugars or fruit juice.
